CHIEF APOSTLE SHANTAY LIGONS
Chief Apostle Shantay Ligons, born in Houston, Texas, is the devoted wife of Brother Reginald Ligons and mother of two sons, Solomon and Cedric. She is the Founder and Global Presiding Prelate of The Midwife Global Fellowship of Churches and the visionary behind Re-Birth Apostolic Ministries in Houston, TX.
Affirmed and commissioned, Apostle Shantay is marked by deep surrender, bold obedience, and a powerful Apostolic grace to disciple, develop, and raise up spiritual sons and daughters for God’s glory. Her life and leadership reflect unwavering faith, spiritual authority, and a relentless commitment to building and advancing the Kingdom.
With a mantle to cover, grow, and guide God’s people, she leads with a builder’s anointing and a heart for intercession—surrounded by warriors and intercessors who help carry the vision forward.

THE MIDWIFE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP OF CHURCHES WE ARE
The Midwife Global Fellowship of Churches (TMGFOC) was birthed through years of obedience, prayer, and unwavering commitment to God's vision given to Chief Apostle Shantay Ligons. What began as a training class called Transform quickly grew into a movement—a CORE team of intercessors, warriors, and builders united by purpose and power.
In 2019, The Midwife Global Ministries was officially established, laying the groundwork for spiritual transformation and apostolic training. From five women in a class to a growing network of leaders, God expanded the vision faster than expected.
By 2024, it evolved into something greater: a global fellowship. TMGFOC was formed to be a home for nontraditional ministries—those who never quite fit the mold—but carry heavy mantles, prophetic assignments, and divine purpose.
Every tier of the ministry—whether for individuals, churches, or youth—is designed to equip, heal, and release. God left no area untouched.
There are no excuses here. Only power, purpose, and people ready to respond to the call. The assignment is clear. The time is now.

Our mission is to unite the body of Christ through reformation and apostolic leadership, building strong kingdom relationships through fellowship, teaching, and strategic guidance.
Bro. Reginald Ligons was born and raised in Cleveland, Texas. He relocated to Humble, Texas in 2012 when God pressed upon his heart to shift regions to enlarge his reach in the area of Outreach. He has a genuine love for Youth with a heart of God. He has one daughter Lameisha Ligons and two sons Solomon Henderson and Cedric Byrd.
He is retired from the City of Cleveland and has joined forces with his wife Apostle Shantay Ligons to build the Lord’s Church.

Apostle Kimberly Miller, born in Seguin, TX and raised in Gonzales, TX, is the wife of Apostle Rodney Miller and proud mother of six and grandmother of three. She began her ministry journey in 2011 and was called into deliverance in 2014, now serving alongside her husband as the Co-Pastor of Re-Birth Apostolic Ministries GTX.
She is the Founder of Devine Purpose Outreach Ministries and Heaven Scent Anointing Oil, and serves as the First Presiding Apostle and Executive Membership Director of The Midwife Global Fellowship of Churches. A certified Midwife Instructor and affirmed Apostle, she also teaches across several ministry training platforms including Transform, PV31, The Apostolic Drip, and functions as an S.O.A.
Spiritually covered and trained by Chief Apostle Shantay Ligons, Apostle Kimberly walks boldly in Apostolic grace with a heart to see God’s people healed, delivered, and reformed for His glory.
